1. The short version

Game Studio keeps almost nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking profiles. Your Gemini API key is stored only in your own browser's temporary session memory and is never sent to our servers.

2. Data stored on your device

• API key: kept in session memory only; it is cleared when you refresh or close the page. You can remove it at any time with the "Hatao" button.
• Your games: games you save are stored in your browser's localStorage, on your device only.

We do not operate a database of users and we cannot see your key or your games.

3. Third-party services

• Google Gemini API: when you enter your own API key and generate a game, your browser contacts Google's servers directly. That traffic is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• CDN libraries: some 3D games load the Three.js library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. The CDN may log standard request data.
• Hosting: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs.

4. Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses localStorage (not cookies) to remember games you save in your own browser.

5. Children

Game Studio is a general-audience creativity tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
